Course Overview:

This qualification reflects the roles of individuals who
apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field
of organisational learning and capability development. Individuals in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas. They also initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation. Typically, they would have full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others.

This qualification may apply to leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability.

This course has a minimum of 15 supervised scheduled face to face course contact hours on campus per week as well as 5 distance / online education hours per week. This comes to a total of 20 hours per week. Students are also required to undertake reading, activities, research, assessments and homework.

  • Bachelor qualification; or

Requirements of Enrolment

  • Completion of at least Year 12 from an Australian secondary school or overseas equivalent, or
  • Proof of equivalent competency in core skills to a level appropriate for the course being applied for* and
  • Completion of a Language, Literacy and Numeracy Assessment
  • IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent (international students)
  • Minimum 18 years of age (international students)
