Hands-on learning

Gain practical experience by spending 120 hours on work placement, in a local community service organisation where you’ll have the opportunity to practice the essential skillsets required to communicate service information as part of your assessment.

Get hands on learning skills and theory in our face-to-face classes, support and guidance from trainers and peers.
