Au Pair

CHARLTON BROWN offers an Au Pair arrangement for students who wish to attend our College and who need accommodation in Brisbane during the duration of the course.

Our Au Pair Program allows a live-in arrangement with a carefully selected family. The student nanny provides 12 hours of child care and light housekeeping duties in return for board and keep. The Au Pair must be provided with 11/2 days off per week. These hours are additional to college and practical experience times.

This opportunity for the student nanny to experience living with a family is invaluable. This is also great preparation for Live-in nanny positions in Australia as well as Overseas. Before acceptance into our Au Pair Program families and Au Pairs are carefully screened and the program requirements are discussed.

Au Pair placements are limited. If you wish to be an Au Pair while you study please inform the college as soon as possible. Once a suitable family has been located you are put in touch with each other.
