Course fees and costs

At CHARLTON BROWN® we pride ourselves in offering the best training while still remaining affordable to students.

Our course costs incorporate all required course study materials.

CHARLTON BROWN has a variety of payment options available for our domestic students:

10% Discount Available for Prepayment (Excluding Upgrades)
Student Loan through National Australia Bank (conditions apply apply - applicants must be 18 and have a suitable guarantor)
Limited payment plan options are available via direct debit or credit card.

Enrolment Fee and Deposit

An enrolment fee of AUD$150 (non-refundable) applies to all courses, except the Junior Nanny Award. The enrolment fee is payable when you submit your Application for Admission.

Upon acceptance into a course (except the Junior Nanny Award), a AUD$500 deposit is required.

Things you should know before you enrol

In making a contract to enrol in a course(s) at CHARLTON BROWN® you
acknowledge:

That the information provided by you in your application is complete and correct.
Agree to be bound by the CHARLTON BROWN® rules and regulations and any amendments made to the rules and regulations.
Agree to undertake a testing requirement prior to any course entry, if deemed necessary by CHARLTON BROWN®
Agree to observe DIAC student visa requirements, as applicable
Agree to pay all fees required on or by the due date as notified in writing by CHARLTON BROWN® or as per the invoice (a penalty of $50 per week applies for late payment).
That CHARLTON BROWN® will access these fees in accordance with the procedures established by the State Government and the Australian Department of Education, Science and Training.
Changes or variations to your enrolment contract attract a $25 administration fee.
That CHARLTON BROWN® reserves the right to accept or reject any application for enrolment at its discretion.
That CHARLTON BROWN® reserves the right to cancel any course prior to the commencement date of the course should it deem it necessary and in that event, shall refund all payments received from the Applicant.
