Our Executive team
CHARLTON BROWN® is lead by Chief Executive Officer Kay Ganley. After a successful career as a teacher, heavily involved in the education of special-needs students, Kay purchased the CHARLTON BROWN Nanny College in 1995 and has expanded it into the successful business it is today.
Kay's Executive Management team of Director, General Manager, International Business Development Manager, Academic Manager, National Relationships Manager and Accountant ensure CHARLTON BROWN functions smoothly and efficiently.
Our Teachers and Trainers
CHARLTON BROWN employ's teaching staff with many years practical experience working in the care industry. With recent and current experience, they are able to provide students with real-world training that gives CHARLTON BROWN graduates a distinct advantage when it comes to employment opportunities.

The nannies and carers employed and placed by the CHARLTON BROWN Agency are known the world over for their dedication and professionalism. Many of them are graduates of the CHARLTON BROWN® College and all are screened and reviewed to ensure they meet and maintain our high standards of care.
